Royal Enfield has significantly strengthened the retail presence of its electric mobility brand, Flying Flea, in Bengaluru. The company has added 10 new retail touchpoints across the city, building on the success of its first dedicated Flying Flea store inaugurated in Jayanagar in April 2026.

This aggressive expansion reflects Flying Flea’s growing momentum following the commencement of deliveries of its first electric motorcycle, the Flying Flea C6 (FF.C6), in Bengaluru in June 2026. Bengaluru remains the brand’s launch city and primary market in India.

According to recent updates, six Flying Flea touchpoints are already operational, with another five scheduled to open in the first week of August 2026. This brings the total network to over 11 dedicated retail and experience points in the city.

The expansion leverages a mix of:

  • Dedicated Flying Flea outlets
  • Shop-in-shop formats within existing Royal Enfield showrooms and service centres

This hybrid approach allows Flying Flea to reach more customers quickly while maintaining a premium, distinct brand identity for its electric lineup.

The retail expansion is backed by a robust hub-and-spoke service network established specifically for the C6. A central service hub in BTM Layout handles specialised repairs, while multiple spoke centres across Bengaluru manage routine maintenance. Every Flying Flea C6 customer also receives 24×7 roadside assistance.

The Flying Flea C6 is positioned as a premium “city+” electric motorcycle. It features a lightweight 124 kg design, a 3.91 kWh battery, a claimed IDC range of up to 154 km, a top speed of 115 km/h, and rapid acceleration (0-60 km/h in 3.7 seconds). It is available in Storm Black and Flea Green colours, priced at ₹2.79 lakh (ex-showroom) or ₹1.99 lakh under the Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model.

This Bengaluru-focused expansion is part of Royal Enfield’s phased, city-by-city rollout strategy for its electric vehicles. By deepening its footprint in India’s EV-adopting tech hub, Flying Flea aims to build strong customer confidence before expanding to other metros like Chennai and Hyderabad.T

he move also underscores Royal Enfield’s commitment to sustainable urban mobility while preserving its heritage-inspired design language — evident in the C6’s neo-vintage styling, which has already earned international design recognition.
