VinFast has officially launched the VF MPV 7 in India, introducing a practical and feature-rich 7-seater electric MPV designed for Indian families and group travel.
Priced at an introductory ₹24.49 lakh (ex-showroom), the VF MPV 7 becomes the Vietnamese automaker’s third electric model in the Indian market after the VF 6 and VF 7 SUVs. Bookings are already open with a token amount of ₹21,000, and customer deliveries are set to commence in the coming weeks.
The VF MPV 7 measures 4,740 mm in length, 1,872 mm in width, and 1,734 mm in height, with a long 2,840 mm wheelbase. This generous footprint, combined with theatre-style seating and sliding/reclining second-row seats, ensures comfortable space for all seven occupants. The flexible cabin layout also provides versatile boot space, making it ideal for family outings, luggage, or occasional cargo needs.

At the core of the VF MPV 7 is a 60.13 kWh battery pack paired with a front-mounted electric motor that produces 201 bhp (approximately 150 kW) and 280 Nm of torque. It delivers an ARAI-certified range of 517 km on a single full charge — one of the strongest figures in the electric MPV segment.
Performance includes 0–100 km/h acceleration in under 10 seconds, a top speed of around 140 km/h, and three selectable drive modes: Eco, Normal, and Sport. Drivers can also choose from four levels of regenerative braking (Off, Low, Medium, High) to maximize efficiency and one-pedal driving feel.Fast charging is supported, with the battery able to go from 10% to 70% in approximately 30 minutes using an 80 kW DC fast charger, making long trips more convenient.
