Audi has introduced the fifth-generation A6 allroad, and for the first time, it is available with a plug-in hybrid powertrain alongside the powerful V6 diesel mild-hybrid option. This new all-rounder combines striking design, advanced technology, and electrified performance, making it more capable and efficient than ever.
The latest A6 allroad stands out with a significantly wider body — 11 centimetres broader than the previous model. It rides on large alloy wheels up to 21 inches in diameter and features rugged allroad-specific design elements that give it a commanding, premium presence on the road.Equipped with adaptive air suspension, all-wheel steering, and Audi’s legendary quattro all-wheel drive system, the new A6 allroad is built to conquer any terrain — from smooth highways to light off-road trails.
1. Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) – First Time on A6 allroad
This is the headline highlight of the new generation. The plug-in hybrid version combines a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine with an electric motor, producing a combined output of 367 hp and 500 Nm of torque. It can sprint from 0 to 100 kph in just 5.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 250 kph.
The 25.9 kWh battery (20.7 kWh net) delivers an impressive electric-only range of up to 95 km (WLTP), allowing emission-free driving for daily commutes. The battery can be fully charged in approximately 2.5 hours using an 11 kW AC charger.
2. V6 TDI with MHEV Plus
For those preferring diesel, Audi offers a refined 3.0-litre V6 TDI engine paired with advanced Mild Hybrid (MHEV plus) technology. This setup ensures strong performance, excellent efficiency, and smooth power delivery across all conditions.
