Revolt Motors has launched the RVX, its most powerful electric motorcycle yet, strengthening its presence in India’s rapidly growing electric two-wheeler segment. The new model combines strong performance, practical range, and modern features, targeting performance-seeking young riders.

Priced aggressively at an introductory ₹1.25 Lakh (ex-showroom, after applicable incentives), the RVX becomes one of the most accessible high-performance electric motorcycles in the market. In Delhi, effective pricing can drop further to around ₹94,990 thanks to state EV policy subsidies.

At the heart of the RVX is a new 4 kW mid-drive Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) that delivers a peak output of 5.3 kW and an impressive 230 Nm of torque at the rear wheel. This setup enables:

  • 0-40 km/h acceleration in just 3.9 seconds
  • Top speed of 90 km/h in the new Boost Mode

The RVX offers four riding modes — Boost, Sport, City, and Eco — allowing riders to balance performance and efficiency according to their needs.

The RVX is powered by a removable 3.24 kWh NMC battery pack, which delivers a claimed IDC range of up to 160 km on a single charge. Fast charging support means the battery can go from 0-80% in approximately 80 minutes, making it convenient for daily commutes and longer rides. The removable battery design also adds flexibility for home or office charging.

The RVX retains Revolt’s sporty commuter styling with modern touches, including:

  • Upside-down (USD) front forks
  • Rear monoshock suspension
  • Disc brakes on both wheels
  • LED lighting

On the tech front, it gets a 3.5-inch IP67-rated digital display with Bluetooth connectivity, over-the-air (OTA) updates, geo-fencing, hill-hold assist, reverse mode, walk assist, vehicle locator, and call/message alerts.

Additional practical features include keyless operation, an immobiliser, and tubeless tyres with good ground clearance. The kerb weight is around 120 kg, helping it remain agile and easy to handle.
