Hero MotoCorp’s electric mobility brand, Vida, has announced the launch of the Dirt.E K3 6Days Limited Edition in Grândola, Portugal, at the 100th edition of the FIM International Six Days Enduro (ISDE). The Dirt.E K3 6Days Limited Edition, a special edition Dirt.E K3, will be produced in a limited capacity of 100 units worldwide.
The special edition Dirt.E K3 6Days Limited Edition will have green and red accents to mark its presence in the land of Portugal. The exclusive colors are a tribute to the local heroics of the FIM International Six Days Enduro – a motorsport competition that is held across the globe to test the mettle of off-road motorcycle racers.
Vida has announced the launch of the limited edition motorcycle as the brand’s electric two-wheeler prepared to take on the world. By linking the Dirt.E K3 6Days Limited Edition to the FIM ISDE, Vida aims to connect the Indian electric motorcycle brand to the global off-road biking fraternity.
The FIM ISDE is one of the most prestigious off-road motorcycle racing competitions globally. It is considered one of the longest-standing international motorcycle racing competitions that attract the most coveted names in two-wheeler racing across the globe. Apart from being an international competition, the ISDE allows motorcycle manufacturers to showcase their products under extreme conditions and have their brands identified with the toughest form of motorcycle racing. Hence, by choosing the ISDE as its launchpad, the Vida brand aims to position itself in the global off-road motorcycle racing circuit.
Hero MotoCorp subsidiary Vida has also made history by being the first Indian electric motorcycle brand to enter the FIM ISDE. In addition, Vida has become the first Indian company to partner with the FIM at an international level to showcase electric mobility at the International Six Days Enduro. Vida has joined the FIM’s efforts to promote electric mobility at international events, with the FIM also supporting the development of electric motorcycles at an international level.
