Comparison with Rivals (Premium Segment)
The Aerox-E competes in the premium performance-oriented electric scooter space:
- Vs TVS X (approx. ₹2.66 lakh): TVS X offers higher claimed range and a larger touchscreen but the Aerox-E has superior torque and Yamaha’s sporty handling DNA.
- Vs Ather 450X / Rizta: Ather scooters are lighter and more feature-packed in software, but the Aerox-E stands out with its maxi-scooter stance and removable batteries.
- Vs Ola S1 Pro: Ola offers more aggressive pricing and higher top speed in some variants, but Yamaha scores higher on brand premium perception and build quality expectations.
The Yamaha Aerox-E is a strong premium offering for buyers who want sporty performance, style, and the flexibility of removable batteries. It is ideal for enthusiasts and urban riders looking for a fun-to-ride maxi-scooter without compromising on convenience.
