EKA Mobility has expanded its authorised dealer network to 60 dealerships across 15 states, with plans to add more than 30 new exclusive outlets in the near term and scale to over 200 dealerships by FY27.Pune-based electric commercial vehicle manufacturer EKA Mobility has announced a significant expansion of its dealer network to boost sales, service support, and adoption of electric vehicles in India’s last-mile and commercial mobility segment.

The company currently operates 60 dealerships spread across 15 states. It plans to open more than 30 additional exclusive outlets in the coming months as part of its aggressive push to strengthen its retail and after-sales footprint.

Strategic Focus on Last-Mile and Commercial EVs

EKA Mobility is targeting high-growth sectors such as logistics, e-commerce, intra-city transport, and last-mile delivery with its range of electric light commercial vehicles, trucks, and buses. The expanded dealer network aims to address key barriers to EV adoption — including limited sales touchpoints, service accessibility, and customer confidence — especially in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.

“With a presence across 15 states, we are steadily building a strong and accessible retail ecosystem for our customers,” the company stated. “We plan to scale our network to over 200 dealerships in 20+ states by FY27.”

The expansion will focus on logistics hubs, urban centres, and high-demand markets to ensure better availability of vehicles, spare parts, and timely after-sales service.

Supporting India’s Electric Commercial Vehicle Growth

This move comes as India’s electric commercial vehicle (ECV) segment gains momentum, driven by government incentives, rising fuel costs, and corporate sustainability goals. EKA Mobility, known for its wide portfolio of electric trucks, small commercial vehicles (SCVs), and buses, is positioning itself as a strong player in the rapidly evolving segment.

A robust dealer network is expected to play a critical role in driving higher volumes by offering end-to-end support — from vehicle financing and demonstration to charging infrastructure guidance and comprehensive service.

Broader Expansion Plans

EKA Mobility has been scaling rapidly on multiple fronts. The company recently reported strong volume growth and is enhancing its manufacturing capacity to meet rising demand. The dealer expansion forms a key pillar of its strategy to make electric commercial mobility more practical and accessible for fleet operators and businesses across India

By building a dense and reliable sales and service network, EKA Mobility aims to accelerate the transition to electric vehicles in the commercial space, particularly in last-mile applications where total cost of ownership advantages are most compelling.

This aggressive network expansion underscores EKA’s long-term commitment to powering India’s sustainable mobility goals and strengthening its position in the fast-growing electric commercial vehicle market.
