Ultraviolette Partners with Elektrorider for Central European Expansion

Bengaluru-based electric motorcycle manufacturer Ultraviolette Automotive has announced a strategic partnership with Hungary-based Elektrorider, appointing the company as its official importer and distributor for six Central European countries. This alliance marks Ultraviolette’s entry into Hungary and the broader Central and Eastern European region, bringing its total European presence to 19 countries.

Under the agreement, Elektrorider will handle the import and distribution of Ultraviolette’s high-performance electric motorcycles across Hungary, Croatia, Slovakia, Romania, Slovenia, and the Czech Republic. The partnership aims to tap into the growing demand for premium electric two-wheelers in these emerging markets

The expansion will introduce Ultraviolette’s flagship F77 platform, specifically the F77 Mach 2 and F77 SuperStreet variants, to these six new markets. Known for their advanced engineering, high power output, and sporty performance, these models have already gained attention among enthusiasts in other European countries.

The F77 series combines cutting-edge battery technology, rapid acceleration, and modern design, positioning Ultraviolette as a serious contender in the premium electric motorcycle segment. With this rollout, riders in Central Europe will soon have access to these high-performance machines through Elektrorider’s established dealer network.

This move follows Ultraviolette’s successful entry into Western European markets in 2025, where it initially established a presence in around 10–12 countries, including Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, the UK, and others in the Benelux region. The addition of these six Central European nations now takes the company’s European coverage to 19 countries overall.

The partnership with Elektrorider is expected to accelerate market penetration in the Danube region and surrounding areas by leveraging the distributor’s local expertise, regulatory knowledge, and existing infrastructure in Central and Eastern Europe.

For Ultraviolette, this alliance represents a key milestone in its global ambitions. The company, which has built a strong reputation in India with its performance-oriented electric motorcycles, is steadily building an international footprint focused on Europe.

Elektrorider, a specialist in electric mobility solutions based in Hungary, brings valuable regional insights and a commitment to sustainable transportation—making it a natural fit for Ultraviolette’s high-performance EV portfolio.

As the electric motorcycle market continues to evolve across Europe, driven by stricter emissions regulations and growing environmental awareness, this partnership is poised to strengthen Ultraviolette’s position as a premium player in the segment.

Customers in the new markets can expect deliveries and support through Elektrorider’s network in the coming months, with official launch events and demonstrations likely to follow soon.

Ultraviolette’s expansion to 19 European countries underscores its confidence in the long-term potential of electric two-wheelers and its commitment to making advanced, high-performance electric motorcycles accessible across the continent.
