YOUDHA Launches Trevo L5 Electric Cargo Three-Wheeler in New Delhi: Powering Sustainable Last-Mile Logistics

YOUDHA, the electric mobility brand from Zuperia Auto (parent company of the established LOHIA and YOUDHA brands), officially unveiled its latest offering — the Trevo L5 electric cargo three-wheeler — on Sunday in New Delhi. This robust, heavy-duty vehicle is specifically engineered for last-mile delivery and intra-city logistics, providing businesses with a reliable, zero-emission alternative to traditional ICE-powered cargo three-wheelers.

Priced competitively between ₹4.35 lakh and ₹4.75 lakh (ex-showroom, depending on battery configuration), the Trevo L5 targets fleet operators, e-commerce companies, and entrepreneurs looking to reduce running costs while meeting growing sustainability demands in urban India.

The Trevo L5 is powered by a potent 10-kW electric motor, delivering a top speed of 48 km/h and strong torque suited to loaded urban operations. It offers flexible battery options: a standard 11.8 kWh fixed battery and an optional 7.6 kWh swappable battery for quick turnaround in high-utilization fleets. The vehicle boasts a certified range of 130-150 km on a single charge, with full charging completed in 4-5 hours using standard charging infrastructure.

Built tough for Indian roads, the Trevo L5 supports a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 1,200 kg and features 4.50-10, 8PR tyres with impressive gradeability of up to 13 degrees, making it capable of handling inclines and varied payloads. Cargo versatility is a key highlight, with half-deck configurations available in 140 cu. ft. and 170 cu. ft. options to suit different delivery needs.

Driver comfort and safety take center stage with a fully enclosed cabin featuring doors for protection from weather and traffic, along with a modern CAN-based digital instrument cluster that provides real-time data, diagnostics, and fleet monitoring capabilities.

The Trevo L5 marks YOUDHA’s second major product launch following the successful introduction of the YOUDHA EPOD passenger three-wheeler earlier in 2025. This rapid expansion into the cargo segment demonstrates the brand’s commitment to addressing diverse needs in India’s booming electric commercial vehicle market.

To support this growth, parent company Zuperia Auto has committed a ₹20 crore investment to scale up EV manufacturing capacity, expand its dealer network, and strengthen service infrastructure across key regions. The move aligns with India’s push toward electrification in commercial transport and the rising demand for efficient, low-cost last-mile solutions.

Commenting on the launch, Ayush Lohia, CEO of YOUDHA, emphasized the vehicle’s real-world focus: “The YOUDHA Trevo has been developed with a clear emphasis on commercial profitability and operational reliability. India’s last-mile delivery ecosystem needs vehicles that are not only electric but also tough, dependable, and economically viable.

“With its blend of performance, flexibility, and affordability, the Trevo L5 positions YOUDHA as a strong contender in the competitive L5 electric cargo segment. As urban logistics continues to electrify, this launch signals exciting times ahead for sustainable mobility in India. Deliveries are expected to commence soon — watch this space for more updates!
